New blood work advice please
I understand my TSH will take a while to be detected again and that should not influence my dosage , I’m also taking vitamin D and C, cod liver oil,
magnesium
, selenium and iron. My question is what is likely my next dosing for my new blood work. Will I stay on the same or reduce?

So I finally went to the GI doc
She told me the PPI potassium
magnesium
problems are overblown when I asked about it - well whatever - I'll take it for the 2 months if it might help me get to the bottom of the acid issues. Need to do a process of elimination I guess.

Help please.
last night my right leg started jerking around 8pm. Had a bath with Epsom salts. Took medication around 9.30, legs still jerking in bed under weighted blanket. No sleep. Got up to read and do stretches. Waited until 1.30 to take extra codeine. Right leg continued to jerk. Had another bath with Epsom

Radioactive Iodine 1990 - Recovering 2022 (How?)
I make herbal mouthwash with distilled water, Rosemary and Star Anise I apply D3/K2 topically and soak my feet (or whole self) in Epsom Salts for
magnesium
. I'm not sure what I've done right. The only thing I am sure of, is how very grateful I am today, to be feeling as well as I do.

A Thank You
I think it was Mrs Nails or Dorset Lady who mentioned taking
Magnesium
for restless legs. I was being kept awake for hours with this problem in legs and shoulders but within one day of taking it I was able to relax (still not sleeping well, but that's another story).

Oh how I hate RLS🥴
I take a
magnesium
pill but have to limit it because of the laxative effects😱. To add to the nuisance I wear a calliper on one leg due to polio as a child and RLS is evil in that leg!! I’m always on the lookout for different options to deal with this problem.

I’m literally at my wits end 😩 my ferritin levels are at 68 a month ago and I take a high dose iron every night, I have been referred to a consultant but god only knows how long that will take, I’ve tried
magnesium
, baths nothing seems to help 🙈

Maybe it is the
magnesium
? I tried taking the
magnesium

Ectopic Heart Beats
I see
Magnesium
supplements might help - Any views please or recommendations - I am on Ramipril, Amlodipine and Bisoprolol. Andrew Update - Cardiac Nurse at GP suggests my ectopic beat could be due to being over prescribed beta blocker. I am already on 10 mg Ramipril and 10 mg Amlodipine.

Levothyroxine and HRT
Magnesium
Citrate, Selenium and Vit D3K2 at bedtime. Guessing the gel doesn't affect absorption of Levo as its transdermal, but wondered about the Progesterone tablet. Would be grateful for advice as none from GP and leaflets for medication don't identify Levo as a non compatible medication.
