Extreme fatigue after DMSA
I suspected that I was low on
magnesium
, and after the 3 days were up, I started taking
magnesium
glycinate and the sleeping problems immediately went away.

Genetic Osteoarthritis?
I presume a
magnesium
cream on her hands, would help [she enjoys washing dishes as a relief] and wears fingerless gloves on her hands, any specific suggestions much appreciated for her?

Hypo- induced tight, stiff, painful legs – any suggestions?
I was taking
Magnesium
citrate, for its laxative & relaxing properties, but I don’t need the laxative anymore and I’m exhausted all the time, so would prefer a boosting kind like
Magnesium
malate, or
Magnesium
chloride? Or something else altogether? (I take Vit D, B 12 complex, C and Iron.)

so, it’s Saturday evening… My Joe had the fourth of ten chemo doses last Friday (8/19)….just wrapping up his typical feeling-terrible-for-the-first-week-after-chemo He has a hot, red, painful swollen elbow….temp is 101.6. Soaked the elbow in HOT Epsom salts, nothing released…smoothed on some frankincense

Becoming hard to live with this
Spent nearly £400 on an osteopath who said it was a mechanical problem but the palps have not gone, spent nearly £200 plus on the herbalist stuff and vitamins, tried
magnesium
glycinate and taurate to no affect either. I am a mother of 2 but I don’t want to mother just now.

Gabapentin/Iron/Sleep
He reminded me of things we have all talked about regarding PLMD or RLS: To take
Magnesium
and Calcium several hours away from the Gabapentin. To take iron tablets with Vitamin C. He said it would be better to take double dose of iron every other day--that it was more effective that way.

Magnesium Supplements - Fatigue & Migraines
It appears that
magnesium
glycinate or malate are better for fatigue and migraines than citrate or oxide, however these appear to be harder to find. My question is does anybody take
magnesium
supplements by a brand that they are happy with?

Silly little setbacks!
What with having blood transfusions, iron,
magnesium
and other such things, I deduce low B12. That has happened before and I was on tablets, but they do not prescribe them anymore, so I will have to ask if I qualify for the injections.

GP surgery have me in tears again,
I have tried really hard to loose weight over last 12 months to no avail, trying to get through to them that 1, if I wasn't undermedicated I wouldn't be so heavy 2, being Vit D deficient, folate deficient,
magnesium
deficient, B12 deficient , is the problem.

I'm also still having collagen in my decaffeinated coffee in the morning (for hair and anti-aging purposes) and omega 3 supplements and

Aspirin and diverticulitis
I also read that
magnesium
works similar to aspirin and I was planning to ask the Dr. if we should switch to that instead. After discussing with a friend, she informed me that you could potentially lose your sight by consuming
magnesium
??.

Hi newbie here. What is my problem?
I eat healthy & take vitamin d, bcomplex, zinc,
magnesium
, omega. I took sertraline for 3 years but it just made me feel flat & my counselor told me to stop talking to my parents since I have childhood abandonment issues & don’t feel accepted. My periods stopped at 46. Is there a test.
