magnesium and implantation
Hi, I was reading the other day that
magnesium
supplements help with implantation but now seem to have lost that post. Can someone guide on the above and suggest any
magnesium
supplements they have been using? Thanks

I take vit D3+K2 and
magnesium
taurate plus folate. I’m on 3 grams of Armour NDT. I’m exhausted all the time since about the last two months or so and can’t even walk the dogs. Just tried to get an appointment with my usual doctor but nothing available for the next month!

Plagued by nocturnal ectopics.
I recently stopped taking omeprazole and a
magnesium
supplement but have now resumed these.I have not been sleeping well recently, waking up every few hours. I fall asleep quickly but wake up several times and it difficult to get back to sleep. What could be driving this increase in ectopics?

New Unproven and Untested Concept.
I was going to do a trial of
Magnesium
in the form of L-Threonate but could no obtain in for 5 days and chose to do what I thought would lead to improvement. It may be that administering B1 in the amounts I am using can result in depleting

I'll keep taking my Iron and
magnesium
. Have bought a B complex but it seems to have made me feel awful so going to get one with lower dosages. Looks like I'll need to add Vit D too. Can anyone explain the antibodies to me, please? I would be grateful for any other advice, too.

magnesium glycinate
I have restless legs and thought I would try taking
magnesium
glycinate to see if it helps. I bought some from Amazon (
magnesium
glycinate 3-in-1 by Nutrition Geeks). I have only taken two tablets so far.

Vitamins and Minerals - Good or Bad - What I've Recently Discovered
Anyway let's get to the punch line, about a week ago I stopped taking first CoQ10 and then a few days later
magnesium
glycinate. Guess what my body joint aches have completely gone.

Blood results within range. Is this a problem?
Should be more like 100 *
Magnesium
0.96 (0.66 - 0.99 mmol/L) Irrelevant. The results are not reliable with
magnesium
. Not worth testing. * Ferritin 51.80 (30 - 400 μg/L) Too low. Should be over 100. * Serum Folate 38.10 (8.83 - 60.8 nmol/L) * Active B12 >150 (37.5 - 150 pmol/L) Good.

Cefaly device for chronic migraine
Also just started taking
magnesium
to see if that helps. I seem to have a fairly low tolerance to medication, think there’s just one antibiotic that doesn’t make me poorly (!), so keen to try any alternatives to medicines.

what is it this time?
I was initially taking 3mg folic acid each morning with food along with
magnesium
at night. Two days ago I bought a new brand of folic and increased my dosage to 5mg (following recommendations here and PA group on fb), as well as a B complex (less than 10mg of B6).
