Magnesium Malate - Which Brand/Doseage
Good Evening, is anyone able to recommend a good brand of
Magnesium
Malate please? An idea of a reasonable daily dosage would be most helpful too as there are various size tablets. Thank you very much Ann

Help with understanding iron results please
Due to repeat vitamins (last done Feb 22) but then we’re all in top third of range- Vit D, B12,
Magnesium
, Folate not tested. Any help would be great in understanding what these results mean and what can be done, if anything? Thanks in advance 🦋

Living with Fibromyalgia
Thanks to
magnesium
& CBD with increased THC. This has changed my life. So now I have increased energy, great sleep, and my mental wellbeing about my condition is better. Then I get the bad days...pain radiating down my arms and legs. Brain fog.... makes me feel stupid.

Recent test results 'Satisfactory' - NOT! - and any advice about supplements on which order to take?
My plan was to take: - Nature Provides VitD3+K2 with breakfast (which is normally 1 to 2 hours after I take my levothyroxine first thing in the morning) - Thorne Basic B Complex with lunch - Solgar Gentle Iron and Vit C with dinner - Vital Haven
Magnesium
(Citrate, Glycinate & Taurate) at bedtime

Issues starting with Zanubrutinib.
I limped upstairs and took two
magnesium
pills. Then a muscle relaxer for my neck. Then came down and had Propel sports drink with electrolytes. The cramping is basically gone but my neck swelling is not. I know it's only day 3 but I really hope this is normal. 😵💫

Magnesium deficiency, Restless legs syndrome and hydroxycarbamide
Low
magnesium
can make restless legs syndrome worse and I wondered does anyone here know if hydroxycarbamide can deplete
magnesium
. I also suffer insomnia, getting sleep from 11.30 pm until 3.30 am approximately. I then cannot get any more sleep at all and am exhausted all the time.

IBS problem - urge to go quickly and anxiety
I am not on medication, apart from iron, vitamin C and
magnesium
. For some reason I get the urge to have to go quickly and when least convenient. It's so frustrating having to plan toilets on my trip. Getting very anxious!!! Anyone else has this? How do I help myself.

Anyone taking
Magnesium
for their arrhythmia's or otherwise? If so, what kind -- citrate, succinate, taurate, etc? -- and what dose of mg are you taking a day? Brand names welcome. And what has been your experience?

how frequent should your GP do blood tests
. 🙈 I'm gluten free since being diagnosed and take
magnesium
, selenium and zinc religiously. Can I ask for advice? I'm happy to manage it myself as I'm sick of being medically gaslighted or ignored. However, how often should my GP test my bloods?
