T3 and taking supplements

Hello you clever people! I'm sure this question has been answered before but since started taking combo of T4/T3 in Dec 23 just wondering when best to take my supplements. I used D3/K2 better You spray+also take B complex, magnesium, selenium, zinc+cod Liver oil. I take T3 with Levo@7am then T3 at 2pm+9pm. Just want to ensure I'm not affecting my T3 with supplements. I wait 4 hrs after 7am doses. Thank you in advance.

So, you take your supplements at 11 am? Then, only three hours later, you take more T3. So, that interval is a little short. It may or may not matter. But they important thing is consistancy - always sticking to the same routine, which means that your dose will have been adjusted to compensate for any interferance with absorption. So, that should be ok. :)

My first dose of the day is 7am. I don't take all my supplements@11am. I try to spread them through the day. 4 hrs is the shortest length after levo+T3. I'm just trying to ensure I get the best from T4/T3 + my supplements. I thought I'd read about issues taking Magnesium? Am I right? It's such a balancing act!!

Magnesium should be taken four hours away from thyroid hormone For the others it's two hours. But, the spray can be taken at any time you like because it goes directly into the blood and doesn't touch the gut/stomach.

Sorry to sound thick but does the 4 hrs away from thyroid hormone for magnesium include T3, too?

Yes. That's why I said 'thyroid hormone', and not 'levo'. :)
