I am also taking these supplements : turmeric, vitamin D3, k2, a, c, e and
magnesium

Withdrawing from medication.
Originally I was prescribed Sifrol 0.250mg and later reduced at my request to 0.125mg, due to feeling drowsy in the morning. 0.125mg has worked for many years along with plenty of exercise and taking
magnesium
.

Bad batch of B12
When I didn't improve I went to the GP and blood tests didn't show up any problems (lots of tests - including folate,
magnesium
, ferritin, thyroid). It was getting clearer that my symptoms were very similar to when diagnosed and I couldn't understand what would cause their return.

Decided to try Sweet Bee
magnesium

signs of mild hypothyroidism?
I have been supplementing with D3/K2,
magnesium
, zinc, phosphatidylcholine and NAC. I have stopped all supplements as been taking since June 2023. In an effort to stop so many supplements I have just started (about 3 weeks ago) following an animal based diet.

A suggestion that is working well, for me at least. AT least for now.
Taurine,
magnesium
,
magnesium
oil, progesterone cream , vitamin C, etc- all helped but only temporarily. Before I was sleeping quite well and only needing to take things before bed, and once during the night. Well, I thought of something else, and looked it up. That is St. John's Wort.

worth a read
She has found out that
magnesium
and Co Q 10 helps your nerves and the nervous system. I have waited for three months before putting anything on here to see if it helps.

Recently I heard that
Magnesium
was good for RLS, so I bought some at Waitrose. After two days I suddenly felt calm neurologically!! You can imagine how I felt. Anyway I had to come and tell you, in case this is the answer to your prayers. Regards Karen

I'm wondering low
magnesium
could be a cause. Also since Easter I have had antibiotics, covid, antivirals, vaccine, antifungals, plus my usial azathioprine, Prednisolone and Hydroxycholoquin! perhaps my body has too many chemicals floating around ! Anyone else had a similar problem?
