Opinion on RLS diagnosis
In terms of supplements I am taking
magnesium
glycinate in the morning, vit b12, vit b6, folate and iron bisglycinate in the evening with vit c, so far I haven’t seen the benefit for the
magnesium
/iron.

I explained about too much/too little exercise, Gentle Iron and
magnesium
. He probably won't remember a lot but if he joins a RLS organisation HU he will soon find out so much more.

I month taking triple magnesium and no incidents of afib.
Really don't know if it a fluke or real , but I was having random afib with rapid HR. Now I have none. Taurate, glycinate, and malate. Anyone else have this experience?

Hello everyone I've just ordered some of these on the internet. Are any of you taking them and what do you think or suggest?

RLS Absence and Clarification
I began taking the
magnesium
glycinate at 9-11pm, along with a supplement GABA at about 12 midnight, give or take an hour, yet not together. The timing was about 2-3 months ago, guess-estimate. I also began tapering down the methadone 2 weeks ago to 15 mg, then the following week to 10 mg.

Magnesium
Could anyone recommend a
magnesium
supplement which won’t exacerbate my gastritis. I have stomach issues and finding something suitable is proving very difficult indeed. Thank you.

Fatigue, anemia, blood test results
Also vitamin C,
magnesium
and iron if I feel or remember (but I tend to feel like my body doesn't want an iron supplement which is not quite logical, right?). I seem to be allergic too, I was prescribed a med for that. Taking it for the second day and not feeling anything bad from it.

How accurate is a visual field test?
I feel that it started when I accidently got
magnesium
spray in my eyes. Any advice regarding the test, diet etc would be appreciated. I have a healthy diet, lifestyle but like most people have some guilty pleasures. Any advice would be welcomed and much appreciated from other followers.

Need advice on my tremor symptoms
I am not on medication yet but am taking mucana, b1, l-tyryosine, b complex and
magnesium
. I am a year away from diagnosis. Is this typical of PD? My Dr. is unsure as well. He is going to probably put me on sinemet to see how I respond or send me to a movement disorder specialist.

Insomnia, mirtazapine, promethazine (& tinnitus)
I'm about to start taking
magnesium
glycinate alongside the melatonin. I hear thats good for both insomnia and tinnitus. I also started using 1mg quick acting melatonin as well. But possibly even 3mg isnt enough for me or maybe melatonin just isnt the way to go.

signs of mild hypothyroidism?
I have been supplementing with D3/K2,
magnesium
, zinc, phosphatidylcholine and NAC. I have stopped all supplements as been taking since June 2023. In an effort to stop so many supplements I have just started (about 3 weeks ago) following an animal based diet.
