What to do next
As in my previous post, I took Gabapentin 5 nights and I feel shakey and my nerves raw. How can I get this crap out of my body faster? I tried an Epsom salts bath but doesn't feel much better if any. Also I am terrified in what to take for sleep and pain tonight. My doctor prescribed tramodol but it

Advice on recent Bloods please
I would really appreciate your advice on blood results please. I have been taking Levothyroxine for 10 years. When I read ElleMai's post I was tearful, that was me 10 years ago. Once medicated I certainly felt much better but not great. I've been frustrated for years at my low energy levels, crawling

Throughout my life as an athlete, I have always worked out and continue to do so. I have also always tended to run hot and sweat a lot. I am now 15 months into ADT and hot flashes have been epic. Every 1 to 2 hours - full body flop sweats for 3-5 minutes. I have gone to wearing black shirts so it

Hi, can anyone give me advice on magnesium supplements. I have been taking Magnesium Citrate for a while for Paroxymal atrial fibrillation. Is it better to take Magnesium glycinate instead. Any advice welcome. Many thanks.

Last dexa was good news
Two years ago my left femoral was -2.9, well into the osteoporosis range and my spine was .6, but nobody really knows what's going on with my spine because bone spurs which they've seen on a ct can make your spine look much better than it is. My doctor immediately suggested fosamax, but I wanted to

prucalopride - Tips
Hi Have been suffering with chronic constipation for that last 2 years, plus pain in the pelvic floor area & rectum. Mixture of pressure & burning pain. My NHS Gastro & physio appointments are currently 3/4mths apart so if I make any kind of improvement it is diminished by the time I get back to them

Magnesium and the heart
I stopped taking my magnesium supplement (not prescribed) about a month ago in the hope that my persistent morning diarrhoea would clear up. It hasn't. But I have noticed, on my Fitbit records, that my sleep quality has gone right down, my resting heart rate has increased from 60 to 72, and my heart

Hi, I'm here again. 3 doctors in and six years down the line. I can't seem to get any help. My results are totally confusing me. I researched and have come up with an idea but would like some feedback. I was on 2.5 grains of armour but have been switched to Novothyral 100, 8 weeks ago I have hashimoto

Diagnosed with CLL in October 2022 W&W
Hello. I am recently diagnosed with CLL (10/22, 13q/mutated) with current WBC of 15k and Lymphs at 10k. I've always had pretty good body weight but since diagnosis, I've been especially mindful of getting all my blood markers in the best possible position to make my body as inhospitable as possible

Back again for any suggestions about what to try next! My husband's RLS is back, only in the evenings, but keeping him awake until about 2:30. He is now on so much medication plus a strict oxalate free diet, no alcohol, very little sugar but insists on sweetener in his tea and coffee. He is on
