Supplements - Dangerous, Essential or Useless?
Wizard recently made an interesting post on the "drive to minimize supplementation" that I wanted to respond to in-depth. The post: https://healthunlocked.com/pasoc/posts/150006558/the-drive-to-reduce-minimize-supplementation I decided a long form response would be better, thus my separate post here.

Naproxen
Naproxen felt like it was burning a hole in my stomach due to not being given the gastro liners. I stopped taking the naproxen for about 4 months, I'm now back on them with the liners, not had a problem since.I've also discovered the joys of magnesium oil on my most painful joints. I'm on a very long

Night cramps
does anyone have excruciating night cramps? I’m trying to work out if it is because I’m doing too much exercise during the day. I’m tapering very very slowly down to 2 1/2 mgs pred that seems to be working I do take a little more magnesium every day. Thanks for any ideas

Arginine and Taurine
Has anyone here had success with Arginine/Taurine/Magnesium? My Naturopath is willing to have me try but I am wondering if anyone has any firsthand knowledge out there of how long it takes to see results or not? Thanks!

Since having a kidney transplant I am bothered with UTI's which quickly clears up after taking antibiotics. I also have a PAF episode more or less within a day or two of this. Diarrhoea saga continued
I've had diarrhoea on and off for over a year. It started after breakfast and stopped around lunch time, not every day, but about 3 days a week. It's been slowly getting more frequent. A month or so ago I spoke to the GP who first diagnosed me with PMR/GCA. She tested me for coeliac and cancer, both

Why am I afraid to go to the bathroom?
I’ve been dealing with constipation issues for the past year. I can only attribute it to gettin older - never had any problems before that. I won’t go into the details of what I have tried - I’ve taken lots of great hints from videos and forums; a lot of it seems to work - and then it doesn’t.
