Asthma RA thank you
Just a quick update to say thanks for those that gave me so many tips and things to do and sort Thursday. Getting a peak flow tube has already made me realise how poor my asthma is right now but also my understanding of asthma and how to control it is too weak. Been thinking it was RA issues as well

Recent Hashimotos diagnosis - latest blood tests ‘normal’ but feel awful
Would appreciate advice on latest GP blood test results (UK) that came back ‘normal’ , as my symptoms at times feel worse than before I was taking meds (extreme fatigue, hair loss,
low
mood
, aches, sleep issues...)

Feeling rubbish but clear chest???
Hi Ive been feeling completely pants all week (bloody chemicals!!!!) And was reviewed today by the nurse and because my chest is clear there is nothing she can do. I don't normally get wheezy or cough or anything apart from feeling poo and having a really tight feeling in my back and chest. My peak

Pregnancy and montelukast
Hi everyone, would love to know your thoughts on this. Originally getting pregnant and discussing this with one of my GPs, they were fine with me carrying on with normal medication (seritide 125 2x2 and montelukast). However I then spoke to another GP at the practice who is more specialist in asthma

Please can someone help?
It comes after years of having
low
mood
and heavy periods that my thyroid problem was found. I was found to have high thyroid antibodies and 4 months later the underactivity.

Query about shadow on my left lower lung
Hi, I had a chest x-ray and abdominal x-ray at the hospital on Sunday due to having abdominal pain which was diagnosed as gastritis. This morning, a consultant radiologist rang me and told me that they have seen a shadow in my lower left lung. They said it could be a number of things including infection

Total B12, Active B12 and Folate Results.
Low
B12 can be associated with
low
mood
and energy, though more worrying signs are numbness and tingling with very low levels, in which case I would recommend a review with your GP. My folate is under range and also my total B12 is just under range but Active B12 is in range.

Sudden changes and questions re Tocilizumab
Happy New Year everyone. My daily task is to read the latest posts, and I learn so much from them, this forum is invaluable to me. And I thank you all for that. You may recall I have no faith in my rheumatologist, who thinks because my bloods are normal, that I shouldn't have symptoms return after

Uncontrolled Asthma, repeated asthma attacks every day. Do I have bronchiectasis?
I am 52, slim, fit, healthy and quite fit with a balanced healthy diet no milk but plenty of bio yoghurt. I supplement with vit c, vit D and probiotics daily. I have had asthma since 4yo, productive chesty cough for twenty five years, chest infections two to six times a year swiftly cleared by Amoxicillin

Feeling lost.
Hello. I was diagnosed with lipedema 4 weeks ago. I have very large upper arms, knees, thighs and bottom, much smaller lower limbs and I am still obese but I have a much smaller upper body I am on a long term weight loss journey, which involves diet and exercise. The thing is that I struggle not to increase

Mediterranean Diet carbs..
Hey there so I am new to all of this and have been just reading and researching lately to help myself and this affliction. I have read multiple posts about people recommending the Mediterranean diet but I thought a low carb diet was more beneficial for ARFLD.
