RSL & Reflexology
Hi All, Just wondered what thoughts were on reflexology for RSL. Mine sort of settled for a while when I started taking Pregabalin (200mg increased to 250mg recently due to breakthrough at night)and I also take co-codamol. My legs/ankles seem to be starting now before I go to bed so it's hard to settle

Remicade made things worse for anyone?
Hi. I am new to this forum, but not new to Behcets. My question is, have any of you gotten worse after Remade infusions? Long story short, I was diagnosed about 10 yrs ago. Symptoms at the time of diagnosis were really bad wrist and ankle pain, superficial blood clot in arm, mouth ulcers and blurred

Shingles
Oh wise ones - please give me some advice. I am due to spend my usual Wednesday with my almost 98 year old mother tomorrow but I’ve just phoned her to confirm arrangements only to be told she has developed shingles, poor thing. Now, I’ve just been reading up about it and it seems to me that you can’t

Restless leg
I am currently taking Gabapenten and Amytriptolin for my restless leg. Medical Marijuana is illegal in my state. I started taking Hemp Cannibus Oil (30mg every morning) and taking a few hits on a bong every evening. I have cut down to 2, 500mg of Gabapentin a day instead of the 3 pills. I gave run out

Finally off meds and regretting it.
So after many years on Clonazepan I'm finally off all chemicals after moving to Diazepan and now I'm regretting it. I was so fed up with how they made me feel and to be honest I'd forgotten how bad my symptoms are. So after a 24 week weaning process I'm off the meds and have been experimenting with natural

Low Dose Naltrexone
Well, of course, I had to google it, to find out what on earth was going on here. www.ldnscience.org/resources/interviews/interview-mark-shukhman This leads you to just one of the many interviews on this strange cure-all. This particular interview is of interest because it addresses ICDs, which may help

Roof of mouth
Hi. I was wondering if anyone has had a roof of mouth that is extremely painful. It feel like it’s blistered from a burn but I can’t see any obvious signs of ulcers. I have other ulcers in my mouth right now, but palate feels like someone has beaten it over and over and then set on fire. Eating is out

When to take pregabalin (Lyrica)
Just picked up my prescription for Lyrica today. I'm about to switch over to it, as an alternative to gabapentin (which I've been taking for 2-3 years), partly because Dr. B feels it is better absorbed. I also am on the 2 mg Neupro patch. A few questions about Lyrica: - What time(s) of day do you take

EEG effectiveness in showing PSP?
Have any of you had changes in EEG?? My husband still hasn't spoken, his vision is blurry, he has difficulty understanding me, and the doctor sent him for an EEG which cam back normal so he told me it's just psychological and go see a new psychiatrist. I am exhausted. I have lost all hope. I feel the

If it's not Chickenpox or Shingles...
I was diagnosed with phoritic RA ( as well as all the other arthritis ) put on a high dose of mexitrate by injection . Anyhow, broke out in a horrible rash on my hands and arms. Went to the chemist, they said heat rash and flogged me antihistamines. Rash continued to be really painful and incredibly

give it a try
I am fairly new to this post and I find it heartbreaking to read these letters. I understand what it is like to suffer from this horrible disorder. I had 8-9 years of utter misery. One of the many, many drugs I had which actually helped was Neupro, which was the 3rd dopamine I had tried. I was on
