What's working for me, at least sort of
I say "at least sort of" because it's a case of nightly trial and error. But here's what I'm pinning my hopes on right now: 2 hours before I hope to go to sleep, I take a 100 mg capsule of medicinal grade CBD, along with 1 capsule of L-Theanine (I'm unsure of the mg.) and a 400 mg. tablet of magnesium

Video EEG results
Got 6 day video EEG results yesterday and the seizure I had during my stay was not picked up as the consultant said it likely did not last long enough. I have simple partial seizures mostly sensory and left sided. It lasted about 1-2 mins. This was my 2nd hospital stay video EEG but the first with reduction

Pramipexole side effects
I've been on 2 x 0.88 Pramipexole for 6 months having spent all my adult life (I'm now almost 60) feeling tired during the day and very gradually getting RLS. I use a CPAP machine for central apnoeas, and then a sleep study showed that RLS/periodic limb movement was repeatedly waking me in the night.

Almost 2 weeks without pramipexerol. I'm taking lyrica 300 mg with 5 mg of oxycodone as a back- up. My question is can you have augmentation from lyrica? If so, how can I tell if it's the Lyrica that I'm augmenting from or if I'm still getting rid of the pramipexole in my system? I have frequent bad

24/7 Light-headedness & Faintness Story
Hello all. I've been dealing with this for about 10 months now, but I've had standard anxiety all my life. For some background context, I'm 25, self-employed, and write books for a living. I spend upwards of 10-15 hours every day staring at screens for writing, relaxation, and everything in between.

Could it be that I've changed my antidepressent to morning?
I've just realised that I still feel a bit out of it this morning and it couldn't possibly be from taking that one dose of Amitriptyline 36 hours ago. Then I remembered I've also changed taking my Citalopram 10mg from nighttime to morning, as my nurse said the Citalopram can cause insomnia. But it can

ICU after cardiac arrest
Hi - My mom had an out of hospital cardiac arrest following a heart attack last Friday (it’s now Saturday). CPR was started immediately and a stint was put into her artery within 2 hours. She is fit and healthy with no prior medical issues, apart from hypertension that is controlled through a prescription

Single mother of a innocent, beautiful, struggling emotionally daughter with Epilepsy.
She was Diagnosed in 2011 when she was 10. The Red Cross did an amazing job, Dr Riordan has always been understanding and considerate. Dr Nico Enslin and Prof Fieggen did two brain operations. The first one lasted 3 months before seizures came back, 2nd operation Dr Enslin pushed for as he told me her

Tramadol, Lyrica, etc
Appointment with GP last Thursday. Husband in terrible shape that day which was good for the doctor to actually SEE in person. Falling asleep at 4 PM in the room, couldn't focus well. Coming off the Ropinerole (augmentation) and 24/7 RLS for days. She prescribed Lyrica. He took it for three nights

Hey everyone, I had my first encounter with Cellulitis last Thursday. I had a little pimple on my finger on Wednesday that turned into a blister. When i woke up Thursday morning my finger was in pain. Decided to go to the pharmacy to get some ointment but noticed that my hand was getting more and more

Weaning off Pramipexole
Tomorrow night will be #14 and last pramipexole for me since i started weaning off last October. For me it's been one challenge after another. Not knowing what to expect each night. Some nights have been nothing short of torture. Currently I'm on 300 mg of Lyrica once a night with a backup of Oxycodone

Restless Legs moving up the body
I experience a strange feeling in my legs, but if I lay still it moves up my legs into my stomach and then around my chest. That makes me feel panicky and I resort to getting up. My Neurologist who diagnosed me with RLS and Parkinson's disease had prescribed Pramipexole ER. The insurance company does

Any advice please
I have been taking Pramipexole for a few months now with little or no relief. Previous to this I was taking Pergolide which worked perfectly for many years however now it is unavailable so I'm having to try alternatives. On top of this I've had a knee replacement and when the restless legs start
