Looks like clogged follicles to me. Look at surfaces where that skin touches & products used on those surfaces. Try dermol cream to wash the area keep bacteria & fungi away. Cut down on sugar & salty snacks if using as candida yeast naturally in our skin can cause this sort of rash so PLEASE don't use an antibiotic preparation on his skin. You are better covering both pathogens bac/fungi with dermol or similar.

Hey no problem hope it helps. I will say this. His hormones are running rife now so hair follicles are easily infected & cause pustules. Many gp'd auto assume it's bacteria but candida fungi can be responsible more commonly in my opinion. If he should get acne please stay away from minocyn antibiotics & use a germicide rather than an antibiotic. Keep ipads & things he constantly touches with our oily fingers cleaned with a germicidal daily Watch for him touching his face with hands & keep his pores clean so not tempted to squeeze blackheads pimples which spread the contents. Buy him a fingernail scrubber use morning & when hand washing through the day .. give him some hand cleaner to carry. But watch they don't become OCD or overly germ obsessed. This is just until hormones settle. I did this with my son when I noticed he could scar his skin. It worked for me. Too many antibacterials around we need to use antimicrobial germicidals which also treat fungi. :-)
