Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)
I've been away (from this site) for awhile and, I'll play catch up later. I started taking LDN 2 weeks ago, so far so good. If anyone has taken LDN, please share your results with our community. I will share my results in a few weeks. I just want to give it a little more time. Details will follow...

Help deciphering DNA and blood test results please anyone?
Long post alert. Apologies. I had thyroid cancer in 2013 treated with surgery, RAI and ongoing TSH suppression. Due to DNA results showing a likely problem with conversion (although bloods always normal) I recently upped T3 to 40mcg and lowered T4 to 100mcg. I actually feel worse. I'm also Homozygous

Scoop on latest rheumi visit.
He wasn't concerned about my total cholesterol being 334, either, he said Actemra raises both HDL and
LDL
which off sets the risk, plus being mobile now will help control the cholesterol.

The dreaded high LDL cholesterol!!
For a good 30+ years I have had VERY high cholesterol readings . When I first discovered this , statins weren't even invented and all I was advised involved diet and exercise. This reduced it a little but I was fit, not overweight, no high blood pressure, no family history of heart attacks, etc, so I
