I was diagnosed with an under active thyroid aged 14 after 4 years of feeling ill and put on 125 mg of levothyroxine. Unfortunately at the same time I was diagnosed with glandular fever. I have spent years oscillating between feeling well and hardly being able to get out of bed . I practice yoga, rest

Hello!
I am new to the group but have enjoyed reading your posts and getting a feel for the site. I have learnt a lot, thank you and hope to start Vitamin B1 HDL once I get the sign-off from my neurologist. I am taking 8mg Ropinirole Daily but from reading Dr Constantini’s protocol and various posts, it seems

Help, not sure what's going on with anxiety
I'm going to try to sum this up. I'm trying to figure out where to go from here. Previously, I was on NP thyroid and low dose Naltrexone. Did not have many problems with anxiety or depression. I had moments but no big deal. I did gain 25 pounds in the last few months on it. Anyways, after that, went

Will increasing low dose naltrexone decrease the benefits?
(Hashimoto’s) Low dose naltrexone works great but I’ve been wanting to increase the dose from 4.5 to 5 and see how high I can go and still be able to sleep. But will taking to much negatively effect what it does? I’m always seeing 4.5 being the recommendation but that’s just the average in clinical

Use of low dose naltrexone
This paper says that there is no scientific evidence to support this treatment for Hashimoto's disease.
