Polyphenols in chocolate, cholesterols?

I was listening to a You’re Dead To Me podcast about chocolate & was intrigued to understand (?) that some or certain chocolate contains polyphenols which promotes hdl cholesterols but reduces production of ldl cholesterols?

Anybody know which chocolate I should be eating as a cardiac patient? Dark I guess with a high cocoa content?

The polyphenols are in the dark chocolates - near negligible in white chocolate.

70% or over. Green and Blacks 85% is my favourite - make a bar last a month.
