Will increasing low dose naltrexone decrease the benefits?

Low dose naltrexone works great but I’ve been wanting to increase the dose from 4.5 to 5 and see how high I can go and still be able to sleep.

But will taking to much negatively effect what it does? I’m always seeing 4.5 being the recommendation but that’s just the average in clinical studies I imagine.
