PLMD/RLS is worse after knee surgery?
I primarily have PLMD with some RLS symptoms. Any symptoms generally manifest as leg twitching as I try to fall asleep. I normally take 1800 mg of gabapentin which generally controls my symptoms. Some nights I also take 0.5 mg of ropinerol. Last week I had knee surgery to repair a torn quad tendon. My

SURGERY AND CLOPIDOGREL
I would be very grateful if someone is on Clopidogrel and had a Knee replacement surgery. I am on Clopidogrel and going to have a knee surgery, therefore I would like to know of the impact when I stop Clopidogrel before surgery and starting again, any help and advice will be highly appreciated

PARTIAL KNEE REPLACEMENT
I had a partial knee replacement 10 weeks ago. Is it normal to still have aching pain around the knee and stiffness? Stiffness mainly first thing in the morning.

Advice re change of consultant mid treatment
My knee surgeon phoned yesterday to inform me that he is retiring from the hospital. I've been on the surgery list for 7 months and prior to that had been on the surgeons recall list with an offloaded splint for 3 years. He is passing me to the knee surgery specialist. My question is what do I do now

Severe knee arthritis
Hi everyone. I have bone on bone compartmental arthritis in both knees and have been told I need total knee replacements. I’m keen to avoid surgery if possible so am researching other ideas. Has anyone tried red light therapy and if so does it provide any pain relief or regeneration of cartilage etc.

Toe Surgery
Hi just wondering if anyone has had forefoot arthroplasty or now called Stainsbie procedure. I saw my foot surgeon yesterday and that is what he recommended for my twisted toes. I didn’t like the fact that you end up with floppy toes! How does that feel and does it affect your walking??in good walking

Knee replacement in March
I am due to have a TKR on my right leg on 17th March and was hoping you lovely folk might help me get prepared. Given the huge waiting lists on NHS we are using a chunk of our savings to get it done at our local Nuffield hospital, but they don't link with occupational therapy so I have no idea what

I am a 68 year old woman that lives in SC with my little poodle. So glad I found this site. Have had 2 knee replacements but can’t seem to get over the last one done 4 months ago.

Cold water on leg
I had total knee replacement on my left knee 3 months ago. I still have fluid and pain. My leg has always had vericous veins. I am now getting the cold water down that leg and it looks like a dark rash is starting from knee down on back.

AF, Warfarin, and Tramadol
Hiya guys and gals, I posted on here a while back about shoulder pain, sleepless nights et al. Many, many of you gave me some great insights for which I am grateful. I think the general consenus supported my GP's view that this pain wasn't so much AC joint related but tendon/rotator cuff related. I

Psoriatic Arthritis?
I have RA currently tolerable, OA, PN, and a few lesser problems. A few weeks ago I had severe electrical-like shocking pains in my back vertebrae for two days. It went away but then my legs started breaking out in itchy red bumps and my full knee replacement knee is very painful. Could this be psoriatic

Frustrated
Was going soo well, running again following knee replacement, and putting on the lockdown belly,67 years old and feeling every year of it,then decided I have to give the Cto5k (which I downloaded about 4 years ago) a try. Played football until I was 60 then walking football before knee replacement
