Cold water on leg

I had total knee replacement on my left knee 3 months ago. I still have fluid and pain. My leg has always had vericous veins. I am now getting the cold water down that leg and it looks like a dark rash is starting from knee down on back.

It could be any number of things but you MUST seek medical advice urgently, to rule out serious infection. I can’t see where you are based, but if it’s UK go to A&E or call NHS24.
