Naproxen
So started on naproxen 500mg twice a day on Thursday evening, been suffering from nausea since starting them but this evening have actually been sick. Already on 40 mg of omeprazole, anyone any ideas? Haven’t yet felt any relief from them so don’t know if worth continuing.

Fluctuating AMA- AMA M2 (pre Pbc - not on meds)
Hi all, I have written before about having different results from two different hospitals on my AMA/AMA M2. The situation has developed into more bizarre situation. My AMA has been positive for 8 years that I know of. It started when I became quite ill and they did some blood tests and found that I was

Omeprazole and Ibrutnib
Has anyone been on Omeprazole when they started taking Ibrutnib. Did you have to stop the Omeprazole or switch to a different antacid?

Hi, I have had RA for about 12 years now. Started on Sulphasalazine - made me sickly. Then onto MTX tablets which made me sickly for 5-6 days a week unfortunately, I had an old Dr who said I had to put up with it so I did for about 7 years. I was at the point, where I couldn't do it anymore when I was

Hi folks. I was diagnosed with asthma about three years ago, but as my cough etc was unresolved my GP referred me for a bronchoscoy last year, as a result of which I was prescribed omeprazole and gaviscon by the consultant as I have GORD. I am still being prescribed the omeprazole and usual inhalers,

Not my week at all. Might go get another cat.
Hello ladies 👋🏼 I have spent the last 2 nights in hospital again, for something different this time, which made me laugh, because in turn it revealed more about my endometriosis than actually seeing the endometriosis team! We didn’t know if I had gallstones or something like that, very severe pain

Nature-Throid & Omeprozole???
Hi all, I’ve been given Omeprozole & Naproxen for severe back pain. I’ve been taking my Nature-throid & other meds a couple of hours before the omeprozole (Not that I’ve been told too, but on assumption it would affect the absorption of other meds) and then the Naproxen 30 mins or so after that, but

Are my pins and needles, congestion and heartburn related to my pernicious anaemia?
HI. I have been diagnosed with P.A. for 13 years. My only initial symptom was tiredness but as my father also had P.A. I was tested and found to have low B12 levels and antibodies to parietal cells and have since been on 3 monthly injections. I now also test positive for antibodies to intrinsic factor

I’ve been taking omeprazole for around 3 years. I have chronic acid reflux and it’s unbearable and constant if I don’t take any medication. I’ve had some pretty bad symptoms over the last few months and looked into omeprazole alittle more. To my dismay I’ve realised that all of my symptoms are directly

Vagal AF, Omeprazole and Metoprolol
A Dr.Gupta video recently appeared on this site. It suggested if you have vagal AF then treating the stomach problem may help the AF. I told my new local GP who suggested doubling my Omeprazole for the treatment of my reflux. I then started taking 2*20mg first thing in the morning but that didn't influence

B12 deficiency - can I still be deficient with a normal blood level?
Could somebody please help me get to the bottom of what is wrong with me? I have had raised MCV on my FBC for several years now (5-6+), my MCH has been in range for the last couple of years, but had also been raised for a couple of years previously. Last January I was told by my GP I had folate deficiency
