Hot Flushes increasing
I reduced my prednisolone from 10mg to 9mg at the beginning of February and just about coping with the soreness but have noticed an increase in facial hot flushes and night sweats. Has anyone else felt these side effects have got worse as you reduce?

Recurring pericarditis
I’ve had recurring pericarditis for almost 7 years. I’m treated as having an autoimmune disease as if I have rheumatoid arthritis. I have “flare ups” almost every month, or 6 weeks at the longest. Every time I have a flare I use a medrol dose pack to get the pain back under control. I’ve tried prednisone

So anxious lately...
Hello again everyone- I have always dealt with anxiety but have found ways to deal with it and minimize it. I have Psoriatic Arthritis, Psoriatic Spondylitis, Fibromyalgia and chronic headaches/migraines. Due to a new insurance plan, I haven’t received my biologic in 12 weeks. It makes a HUGE difference

Hello, I'm Owl and I'm 22. I've been suffering with joint problems my whole life, I have memories of being very young with great pain. Finally after many years of saying I'm just 'fine', Doctors are truly believing me when I say that I'm in pain. It's not 'growing pain', it's not a 'phase'. But since

Applying for PIP
Hi I have sent for the PIP forms. Looking at them half the questions I can’t answer, as I don’t need help to eat or prepare food. I can shower myself. I am in constant pain, and am always tired. I have a cleaner to help once a week and I have to pay someone to do my garden. Has anyone applied for PIP

Rheumy visit today.
Learnt something new today at my appointment. I didn't know (or hadn't taken in) that as someone who is morbidly obese, I should not expect my CRP to get down to what is shown as normal levels. My CRP is at it's lowest in 3 years currently, I am feeling well, able to do more and down to 9mg. I am

Pain at 3months,doctor acts like I should be healed.
I'm at 3 mos, total knee replacement, I hurt. My doctor says I should be healed. The ibuprofen nor the tylenol works. I've been working out with a recumbent bike and treadmill. I feel better when I'm moving, after I sit,,,my knee is swollen red/blackish. I put ice on it, only thing that helps. Then
