Today is one of those can't get out of bed days but am feeling more positive reading others posts💕partner is supportive so I don't have to stress which makes a massive difference 🌼he is lying on top of bed with me with some fruit juice and is even reading Heat Magazine out to me 😊while I'm chatting on this couldn't do it without him. Love and peace ✌💕

Yes agree having fibromaylia is enough and lots of us have other conditions like yourself to deal with on top, I think sometimes sharing our thoughts on this lovely forum dropping in for a chat etc helps knowing we totally relate to each other. Sometimes I cope better than others.

Today is my second 'bed day' after going out on Thurs. I've learned to manage these, and I try to see my bed days as a luxury - a good book or a film on my laptop, chats with friends online (who accept my jumbled up typing if the brain fog is bad), ready-made meals/salads in the fridge so I just need a quick trip to the kettle or microwave.

I also 'exercise' by visiting the loo and feeding my cats.

I was on amitriptyline been on pregablin for 8months but find itdoesnt work as well still dries my mouth out....:😣😣
