Hi, thank you for this forum. Is it unusual to have pleuritic pain with an infection and with underlying bronchiectasis and rheumatoid arthritis?

Osteo-arthritis-like symptoms but no such signs on MRI
Hi all, I've been suffering from deformation of my PIP-joints since a few years. Diagnosis first was osteo-arthritis with osteofytes. Deformation developed so quickly that the reumatologist later decided to make röntgenphoto's and MRI's of my hands. It appears now that there is hardly any osteo-arthritis

No! It's Arteritis Not Arthritis!!!!
Fitted for a 24 hour Heart Monitor today after my recent tumble & hospital stay. Very good nurse/technician but who hadn't heard of GCA! We encounter this so often! Even the word Vasculitis can draw a blank! Think we ought to organise an aeroplane leaflet drop!!!

Sugar was maybe the culprit
As usual it's just " Arthritis" " not OA or RA, but someone might like to give it a try if nothing else has helped?

Rheumatoid Arthritis Matters - Rachael's Story
Rachael was just 22 when she was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA). She was fresh out of university and had a turbulent few weeks facing the condition at first. In this video, she tells us about her journey over the years, including this one time when she was accused of lying about her condition

Shall I have a knee replacement?
I had a lot of pain in my knee, eventually had an X-ray which showed I have bone on bone due to cartilage removal 15 years ago and a piece of bone has broken off and is floating just below the knee cap. But since then No Pain! I have a date for the knee replacement in 3 weeks but can’t decide whether

A bleed into skin at eye
Harbel here introducing myself. I have been stalking you since discovering your most helpful site a couple of weeks ago and thank you all for the much needed education. I'm a 61 year young man living in the Southwest of Ireland. Just three weeks now on 25mg predisolone. Oh such sweet nectar! Pain free

Osteoarthritis in Jaw
This is another huge issue for me that is weighing heavily on me. I have had problems for many years back in the 80s with my jaw being out of align. I had an open bite; was going to have surgery but found an orthodontist that would correct it. Developed TMJ and wore a night guard every day and still
