New diagnosis and bad clinic experience
Hi all. After battling through symptoms for years, being dismissed, being referred to every which specialty, I asked for a gynae referral and had an MRI. The consultant unsympathetically told me I have adhesions, my uterus has moved, and an ovary is squished and attached to my colon. So she's recommended

A bit late for me but...
A bit late for me as I am a woman who has just passed her 60 years milestone, but I wanted to share my experience anyway. I dont think it will be news to people on this forum though, so not sure if should be sharing it here. I had painful periods from day one and regularly ended up in Nurses room

Copper IUD and Endometriosis link
Hi, Iâm curious to find out if having the copper coil (non hormonal one - not Mirena) may have triggered my endometriosis. Especially where mine was (uteral ligaments - behind the womb). Just wondered if anyone else has had a Copper coil and since suffered with Endo?

Mirena coil and urge incontinence - help!
I had a Mirena coil put in 2 years ago due to PCOS and irregular periods. From the last 3 months (Oct 2023), every time I'm on my period I have had a few minor leaks, sometimes its just a drop or two. I literally have to make a quick dash to the loo to make it just in time. This can last up to 2 days

Pain relief advice
Hi, I had a laprocospy in November 2022. Since then I have had a miscarriage and been really struggling with ongoing severe pain and swelling. Awaiting a further laprocospy but this could be 12-18 months before I get a date. I have been contemplating going privately or trying GnRh injections until I

copper coil discharge
I had my copper coil fitted last Friday and have been fortunate with mild pain and light spotting but I have started producing a brown stringy discharge. It almost looks like thick wet mud with grass in it (random description but the best I can compare it to) is this ok or do I need to see a doctor?

Septate Uterus experiences
Has anybody on here had a hysteroscopy to sort out a septate uterus? Should be getting mine sorted with the wonderful team at Tommy's in London (they think I have a slight one that could be causing my issues), but she said something about putting coils in to help with the healing process for like 3 months
