Mirena coil and urge incontinence - help!

I had a Mirena coil put in 2 years ago due to PCOS and irregular periods.

From the last 3 months (Oct 2023), every time I'm on my period I have had a few minor leaks, sometimes its just a drop or two. I literally have to make a quick dash to the loo to make it just in time. This can last up to 2 days after my period too and then everything is fine and back to normal.

I have checked the strings of my coil everything seems fine, so its not moved out of place. I've recently started to do pelvic floor exercises before my next period is due at the end of the month - I'm hoping this well help!

I'm quite worried about this - can anyone shed any light?

Many thanks in advance ladies.
