Vitex - not for everyone but its working for me
Hi, hope everyone is safe and well! Just wanted to share my recent success with vitex aka chasteberry supplement. I suffer from pcos and long irregular cycles so thought I would give it a try although I was cautious after hearing it can be troublesome to those with high lh hormone levels which I have

T4 level
Hello everyone, my T4 level is 70 and been on Levothoroxin for about two months. My friend give me Myo-inositol, Ova-boast, follate and ferrous supplements. Is it ok for me to also take these supplements with my Levothoroxin?

Inositol experience?
I have been taking the MyOva inositol for 3 weeks now and have had a 12 day period that ended yesterday and is my first in 6 months or so. Did anyone get pregnant from this pretty quickly?

Myo-inositol
Has anyone with PCOS used myo-inositol? If so, how did it work for you? A few people have recommended getting it

PCOS - Coming off the pill and regaining regular cycle!
I thought I'd share my experience with PCOS and coming off the pill and what I've done to get a regular cycle back. I came off the pill January 2019, after being on it for around 10 years. I had already been predicting my periods with a tracker on my phone, and for that month and about 2/3 months afterwards

Vitex and Myo inositol
Hi I have SLE over the past 9 years. I have PCOD and hormonal imbalance. I am trying to conceive for the past 3 years. But all the treatments failed. I tried IUI also. Now I am planning to take vitex and Myo Inositol supplements to cure hormonal imbalance. Is it good or bad to try them with lupus?

Heavy dosing IP6/Inositol on a keto diet
The unknown, of course, is the value of keto vs the
IP6
/
Inositol
and how long to determine if it is impactful. But that is the nature of our experiment.

Fenbendazole Just Might be Working–Part 1
I have for some time been taking small amounts of nattokinase, beta-glucan, modified citrus pectin,
IP6
&
inositol
, cantabiline, berberine, and a selection of the common supplements like milk thistle and curcumin. I follow a pescatarian diet, no dairy. No recent changes.

Hair loss and what tests to do
Hi, I have Hashimoto’s and have started taking levothyroxine, increased a few weeks ago to 75mcg. I suspect I need an increase as feel worse after feeling like I had a little more energy again, but guess I need to wait and test bloods before this happens. I already had dry, fragile hair that was snapping

Carnosine. Is it ok to taken dissolved with vitamins and mannitol?
Or will they interact? Carnosine should be taken on empty stomach but is it ok to take with vitamins and mannitol? Currently hubby takes mannitol, d-ribose, inositol, b2, b5 dissolved in water bottle over the day. I would like to put the l-carnosine that he takes separately in with it for simplicity

Fertility Advice!
Hello! I just wanted to reach out and ask for a bit of advice. I’m 27 and started my periods when I was 12. Throughout my teenage years, my periods were extremely irregular and I really suffered with weight gain and bad skin. I was on the pill but when I was 17, I went to my GP and asked to be tested

Any Pcos ladies taking myo-inositol & alpha-lipoic acid before IVF?
Hi Ladies, I was diagnosed with PCOS around 15 years ago. It wasn’t until my second ectopic pregnancy that I started to really educate myself on the condition. I’m not your ‘typical’ PCOS sufferer (as I’m constantly told, like it makes a difference 😑) I have low BMI, no excessive hair growth or acne
