My PSA has been slowly but steadily rising and I need to bring some additional muscle to my regime. Decided on IP6/Inositol by Cell Forte, 8 scoops/day. However the carb count has knocked me out of ketosis.
Granted inositol is a sugar alcohol, but is there a product with a lower carb count per scoop?
The unknown, of course, is the value of keto vs the IP6/Inositol and how long to determine if it is impactful. But that is the nature of our experiment.

Search for CalBear74 posts, he has lots of insight on IP6. I'm doing 2 scoops a day of Cell Forte IP6 on a near-keto diet. One thing I like about the CF product is, it has potassium and calcium as well, which helps protect against cramps and calcium depletion when on ADT.
