Vitex and Myo inositol

Hi I have SLE over the past 9 years. I have PCOD and hormonal imbalance. I am trying to conceive for the past 3 years. But all the treatments failed. I tried IUI also. Now I am planning to take vitex and Myo Inositol supplements to cure hormonal imbalance. Is it good or bad to try them with lupus?

Have you discussed with your rheumatologist about your plan of having a baby? As a lupus sufferer, It is not recommended because the lupus could flare up in a bad way. I have personally experienced it and it took me nearly 4 years after birth to recover. In the end, it’s down to you so all the best.
