Hi I have SLE over the past 9 years. I have PCOD and hormonal imbalance. I am trying to conceive for the past 3 years. But all the treatments failed. I tried IUI also. Now I am planning to take vitex and Myo Inositol supplements to cure hormonal imbalance. Is it good or bad to try them with lupus?

I’m sorry I really can’t answer you on that because it’s a question for professionals. You have all my thoughts and best wishes that the outcome is a success and there is peace for you.
Have you discussed with your rheumatologist about your plan of having a baby? As a lupus sufferer, It is not recommended because the lupus could flare up in a bad way. I have personally experienced it and it took me nearly 4 years after birth to recover. In the end, it’s down to you so all the best.
