Hi, hope everyone is safe and well!

Just wanted to share my recent success with vitex aka chasteberry supplement.

I suffer from pcos and long irregular cycles so thought I would give it a try although I was cautious after hearing it can be troublesome to those with high lh hormone levels which I have.

I took this in jan and got my period 3 weeks later bringing an end to a 135 day cycle. I started taking it again last week when my cycle was approaching 70 days and within 6 days I got my period again. 2 periods so far this year which is good going for me and I'm sure the vitex along with myo inositol has definitely helped. Hopefully it will help someone else too!

I can vouch for vitex too, incredible herbs. I fell pregnant with it, unfortunately miscarried but thats so common. I was told I'd never have kids, so a massive achievement either way!
