It wasn’t until my second ectopic pregnancy that I started to really educate myself on the condition.
I’m not your ‘typical’ PCOS sufferer (as I’m constantly told, like it makes a difference 😑) I have low BMI, no excessive hair growth or acne. But I have a completely unpredictable cycle, rarely ovulate & my mood swings are pretty spectacular.
I’m currently being referred for IVF (just awaiting our first consultation letter from our chosen clinic). I’m doing everything in my power to help my PCOS-med diet, regular exercise & I take 400mg of myo-inositol a day.
I’ve been reading up on the amazing affects myo-inositol & alpha-lipoic acid can have when combined.
Any first hand experience? Or anyone else been recommended this by GP/fertility clinic/IVF clinic?
Thanks xxxxx

Ive just joined a FB group called PCOS Diet Support and 30 Day Challenge. The lady who created it struggled to conceive (she wasnt overweight). Some of her advise is extremely interesting.
I had a diabetes blood test a month or so ago which was fine but it showed and inflammation marker and when I looked at Kym's website it advises that pcos is made worse by inflammation which is often caused by dairy (I had not had any obvious issues on it), just found her website very interesting too. There are lots of ladies that have conceived on their following her diet (not everyone needs to lose weight either).
Found it quite fascinating and have been following the diet for almost a week (I am 50 tho so not TTC).
