Hello just wondering if any one has tried Inositol for anxiety ocd?? My doc Recommended these for my anxiety I tried them for a while but I felt super tired/sleepy not sure if that’s normal?

Yes I have, it does make a difference, but be aware the daily amount you need to help with anxiety will cause you to have abdominal pains and possibly diarrhoea. I had it in powder form from a company called Myprotein. I think it also help to accompany it will a small quantity of Choline Bitartrate, which you can get from the same place.

I started using Inositol tablets and capsules but they weren't helping. I read up on it and knew I should increase the amount. Powder is a lot cheaper and I just got some today. I know some people take tablespoons, but to start? How much did you start at and what do you take now, each time, per day, etc...?
