Inguinal hernia post op complication
I had a successful
inguinal
hernia
op over 5 years ago. 2 weeks ago lifting my 3 year old after some stretches before a run I felt discomfort down there and it's continued ever since. I don't think the bulge has returned, but it feels delicate down there with an occasional aching sensation. Crap!

hernia
, at the same time periods stopped and much more pain and discomfort underneath also, saw hernia specialist who said periods stopping was no link with hernia.

Any connection with Hyperthyroid and Chronic Pancreatitis
Can anybody tell me if there is a connection between hyperthoyroid and chronic pancreatitis? Long story short Gall bladder removed, hernia repair and abdo wall reconstruction in October 2015. Had problems with nausea vomiting and high abdo pain since then. Tests reveal probable chronic pancreatitis

Pain in groin and right leg
I did have an
inguinal
hernia
op when I was 36 (though no lump) but no effect on pain. I had 5 relatively good years before 2014. Then pain suddenly started again after playing golf and after having sex and the pain continued for several months.

Occasional pain & swelling of scrotum
The closest thing I've found from browsing online is an
inguinal
hernia
, but that appears to be worse than what I'm getting. Any ideas?

Finally hysterectomy done
It has taken me 18 months of fighting but I finally had my operation on Friday. They removed everything except the right ovary. They had a few problems with getting the tube for breathing in and the camera had to go in just below my ribs due to mesh from a previous hernia repair making it difficult.

Hernia
If you have an
inguinal
hernia
, the most common finding is in the swelling of the groin. The scrotum may als be enlarged. This lump will often be clearly visible beneath the skin. It may disappear when you lie down, and appear again if you cough, sneeze or strain on the toilet.

Not all fibro
I came out of hospital on Friday after having an inguanal mesh hernia repair as a day patient. Not sure if this has set my fibro off worse or what but, I have never been in so much pain! The operation site is so sore and I'm bruised passed my belly button and down my leg! I had one done 10 years ago

My Medical Record for my Hernia Repair - 2011
A recorded delivery letter today. My medical records from the hospital that I requested so I could find out what type of mesh and the serial number of the material used. I am gobsmacked at what I read in the records. I had a CT scan done in 2012, six months after I had my hernia repair. This is the

Reducing Ibrutinib even further!!!!!!!
My husband is currently 'off Ibrutinib' for 14 days due to surgery next Wednesday, he is acutely tired, and already asleep....in bed.We thought as an experiment during this time we would monitor daily his fatigue levels. At the end of the 14 day period, if it has improved we will ask the haematologist
