The important thing to keep in mind during what I'm sure has been a stressful and uncomfortable time, is that you went to your doctor. On that alone, pat yourself on the back. You're taking your health seriously and know matter what this turns out to be, you've given yourself a better chance of shaking it then a peer who chooses to ignore these symptoms.

My best guess (Just to clarify I am NOT a doctor and have ZERO medical training), is that it's some form of infection. Since you didn't mention any lumps or pain in the testicles, I would guess that it's probably NOT testicular cancer. Again, your doctor will be able to tell you what's wrong and prescribe treatment as needed.

Good luck with your treatment and I pray that your doctor will be able to give you a positive result! Let us know how you're doing from time to time and we'll be thinking about you!

Thanks for your reply. I think it is not some form of infection, cause i didn't get any fever recently. as I searched online most infection will likely have fever and I had went through a urine test it show me normal.

Ok...dang I thought infection may be it. Did you have blood work done as well? In the event that it is something serious like cancer, your blood works would have elevated levels in certain areas depending on the type of cancer.

Sorry I can't be of more help on the physical side. From an emotional/mental health side, I'm going to tell you what my dad (Emergency Room physician) always tells me when I'm worried about an injury, sickness, etc.: stay away from the online symptom checkers. Most of the time, all they do is freak you out. I had been sick for a couple of weeks a few years ago and I did the same thing, googling symptoms and trying to figure out what's wrong (it's natural to be curious about your health). What consistently happened is the first thing that pops up will be cancer, Altzheimers, ALS, etc. No matter what you type in, it will ALWAYS come up with some awful fatal illness that scares the crap out of you when in reality it might be something simple that's easy to fix.

Hang in there!

Go back to your doctor and insist he gives you an answer and a treatment now.

Looks like you have referred pain. Here you apply pressure on a nerve and the nerve responds with pain and discomfort. However the pain and discomfort is registered in an area of the body that is perfectly okay.

A visit to a McTimony chiropractor is useful as they can check for area where muscle spasms are causing pressure to be placed on a nerve. They use their hands for diagnosis so they can pick these things up and they have techniques to remove the muscle spasm. This is in compassion to a NHS medical consultant who do not use their hands to check for muscle spasms.

Tumours (benign or otherwise) which cause pressure to be placed on nerves can cause the symptoms you have. So you need to have this checked for. Tissue inflammation can also cause this problem.

Hope this helps.
