I had a successful inguinal hernia op over 5 years ago. 2 weeks ago lifting my 3 year old after some stretches before a run I felt discomfort down there and it's continued ever since. I don't think the bulge has returned, but it feels delicate down there with an occasional aching sensation. Crap! Do i need another op, of just some rest?
