Hi, how is everyone? Ive been trying this new therapy, called Brainworking Recursive Therapy, its intense, and sort of like hypnotherapy. And I feel washed out after it, hopefully it will only be a few days and i'll recover again. Has anyone had any experience from trying this therapy? It would be useful for some advive please.
