Resting Tremor Stopped Briefly With Hypnosis
In 1995 I visited a GP. I forget the reason. She did something surprising that has persisted all these years. I think it may be important in understanding some cases of "Parkinson's Disease". Out of the blue this GP said she could give me something that would help me relax. This turned out

Hypnotherapy
Hi - I have a question about hypnotherapy apps - I've heard there are some designed for people suffering with chronic pain but all I've been able to find are some that are more aimed at helping people to relax, and I can't see them helping. I am sceptical about the benefits of hypnotherapy (for myself

Do you take anti anxiety meds? Which have helped you?
Although I have had anxiety and depression for decades I have always put off trying any prescription meds as I have a huge fear of them. Mainly because I also have awful IBS as well and most of the side effects of antidepressants state diarrhoea and gut issues as one of the main side effects (any exacerbation

Hypnotherapy for Primary Raynaud's
Hello, there are some websites that state that Hypnotherapy can help Raynaud's. There are some Hypnotherapists that offer treatments for Raynaud's which are very expensive, £400 for just 2 sessions, https://www.emmaarmes.com/fees I would want hypnotherapy to stop my central nervous system from overreacting

Pain and hypnotherapy
Hello - I'm a podcast producer and I'm looking for someone who has successfully managed their chronic pain with hypnosis/hypnotherapy to be interviewed for an upcoming podcast series. It's quite a last minute interview so if you think you might be interested please do get in touch and I can send more

Does anyone know whether it's a good or a bad idea to have a colonic
hydrotherapy
session about 3 weeks before a Frozen Embryo Transfer?

OAB/Anxiety/Pumpkin extract
Hi there, been really struggling with intense anxiety because of symptoms of OAB for well over a year, and have had to have CBT/increase in antidepressants and an extra antidepressant/hypnotherapy as I'm so incredibly anxious about wetting myself. There are ups and downs but generally I get anxious leaving

Anyone tried Hypnosis for ADHD help?
As I was drawing out of one rabbit hole, I thought about this: Could hypnosis help me... Wake up WANTING to do laundry & exercise? Remember where I left something? Anybody tried this?

Decided to quit smoking...
Like the title says. It was spur of the moment. I went to a hypnotist two days ago. I think it kind of worked. The cravings are unbelievable, though. I am using my vape pen as a crutch when it gets really bad. I tried twice to have an actual cigarette, but put it out in shame after a few drags

help with social anxiety
I had a family dinner last night where I was reminded of how painfully shy I am around certain people (mostly alpha males) and how that feels into my social anxiety. Whenever I am in a group situation I feel as if people just aren’t interested in me and then when the conversation turns to me I’m lost

Hi everyone,Has anyone had success with hypnosis? I'm seriously considering it as nothing is helping cure my IBS flare-ups, which present in debilitating cramps and headaches and are getting more frequent over time..
