As I was drawing out of one rabbit hole, I thought about this:
Could hypnosis help me...
Wake up WANTING to do laundry & exercise?
Remember where I left something?
Anybody tried this?

lol, if hypnosis could make me actually desire to do things i dont find interesting, then id stay hypnotized 24/7!!!! lol
following. I believe we are already hypnotized by being hyper fixated on tv, social media and video games…
I know I'm late to the party here, but I have found and bought a CD for just such a thing. There is a CD or MP3 download by Kelly Howell for super focus, which is supposed to help with, obviously, focus. I've yet to try it, but I bought it only last week without realising I don't have a portable CD player, so had to buy one of those, which I'm waiting on.
With regards to housework and chores, there is a British hypnotherapist called Rachael Eccles who has a CD you can buy for that purpose. Her CD is available on Amazon UK. I own a couple of her CDs and I seem to have a brain that's 'in-sync', to her relaxing home counties accent. Being Scottish, I often find severe accents (like some Scottish ones), very off-putting, so listening to a neutral accent definitely helps.
It was one of her CDs that actually hypnotised me completely where I couldn't move until the session ended. It was amazing, but also slightly scary. I bought her CD to stop eating sweet foods (I'm diabetic) and the very next day I nearly threw up trying to eat something sweet.
Perhaps I just have a suggestible personality, but it may well be worth seeking them out and trying.
