In January 2005, I was released from the local hospital & admitted to what was then known as Broadgreen Hospital, now known as The Liverpool

surgery
to replace my tricuspid valve with a bovine valve.

Possible carotid artery problem discovered 3 weeks after double heart bypass surgery.
My hubby has been home for 2 weeks after his bypass surgery, and because of an ongoing vision problem, it's now suspected that his carotid artery also has blockage(s) and clots are happening. He's going to have an ultrasound urgently. Poor man, still very much recovering from surgery. Is this familiar

Still breathless after 3 years of open heart surgery
end of 2019 I had open
heart
surgery
to repair my mitral valve, close small hole and do ablation for fibrillation. Not getting proper aftercare or physio after the operation, I had to rely on an app for all that , due to the covid situation.

GP appointment postponed
My family has been through he'll in the last 6 months, 4 deaths, both one parent had MAJOR
heart
surgery
, one a disillusioned break. On 75mcg because 75/100mcg on alternate days resulted in TSH too low gor GPs comfort despite being symptomatic. I weigh 83kg or more.

It's a 7 am admission on Monday 😱 with a night or two on the HDU.It'll be 5 months to the day since my
heart
surgery
and though my recovery is going well, I find myself anxious and emotional! Facing life's challenges head on! 💪❤️🙏

Aunt not following commands after waking-up
My aunt underwent a clot removal
heart
surgery
and she woke on the next day, but the ICU staff are telling us that she is not following any commands. She is still intubated, because of this and will undergo a CT scan tomorrow.

CLL - Leukemia Cutis
O+I 2 years, Off meds 2 years (
heart
surgery
), WBC has been slowly rising ove4r the past 4 or 5 months, but I was never at MRD. A biopsy of a "rash" on my scalp shows Leukemia Cutis - most likely CLL related. Has anyone else had this? How was it treated? THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Short pulse like pain in chest
A cardiac cause has also been ruled out although I have just had open
heart
surgery
to repair my aorta. But the pulse pain I am talking about has been going on for last two years. I am well used to acid reflux especially in nights but this feels different.
