Heart failure (HFpEF) and CKD with EGFR drop from 52 to 38 in 8 months - help!
However in June last year he went in for open
heart
valve
surgery
. He had complications after surgery and was put back on a ventilator for a week because I was told 'he stopped producing urine' and had a lot of fluid around his body.

Further to aortic stenosis question.
When I saw the cardiologist earlier this month 9th May when he told me I should have either open
heart
surgery
or TOVI depending on what after testing I was suitable for, I could not decide, therefore he has arranged a telephone consultation with me on 7th June to ascertain my decision.

Steroid reduction
I haven’t posted for a while as I had open
heart
surgery
to replace my aortic valve. Very slow recovery! My endocrinologist wants me to reduce from 6 to 5 mg to have another synathocrin test . so managed to get to 5.5 and 6 every other day. Trouble is I am no so very stiff in the morning.

Bra tips
Hi, I would like some help. I had some very comfortable supporting bras bought from my heart surgery.Alas these haven't offered much support at all after my breast procedure and became too tight. I had underestimated how big my boob would swell after surgery, the haematoma and seroma didn't help Ideas

Should I stop aspirin before non cardiac surgery.
I am a 62 year old male and suffered a heart attack in Feb 2020. I subsequently had one stent fitted. I have been on low dose aspirin and other meds since then. I have not needed any further treatment and was told by the cardiac doctor that he wouldn't need to see me for another 5 years. I am due to

IVIG after heart surgery and stopping IBRUTIMIB
12 months ago I was on an Ibrutinib clinical trial for my CLL. Ibrutinib worked great for me for years. I found out I needed a triple bypass due to 95% LAD artery blockage. Not good! A stent wasn’t an option in my case due to necessity for blood thinners. Can’t do blood thinners, aspirin and Irbutinib

Stents - how many?
And also
heart
surgery
isn't a viable option apparently either at his age...? I've read conflicting opinions online.

Medicinal Cannabis
He’s suggested that he would refer me back to the Spinal Surgeons and I’m very concerned as they originally said it was too risky to have further
surgery
due to my
Heart
Condition. Does anyone have any experience with Medical Cannabis?

BAV Valve Replacement
I'm going for checkups at the moment to determine when I will need
surgery
. My
heart
is slightly enlarged currently. I'm wondering whether it's better to get the surgery done sooner rather than later? I think the doctors are torn because I'm very active, fit, and classed as healthy.

Breast Cancer in Men
There was some concern about
surgery
because of my age and low
heart
rate but that's been cleared by the Cardiologist who says just stop the Bisoprolol before surgery. So the surgery option is still open.
