Hi, I've just joined after continuously yo-yoing with my weight over the last 3 years due to bad diet and poor lifestyle. I am overweight (BMI 26) and looking to lose 21 pounds within 12 weeks - just in time for my holiday. I'm struggling with hunger (huge appetite!) so if anyone has any tips to feel

Why does the argc clinic have such a high success rate for ivf
Is it because they offer ivig? Is there anything else that's additional that they offer?

What's up with my eye twitching?
Recently I have been getting really constant spasms occurring about a centimetre below my right eye. It happened a few times some months ago and in the last week or so it has become almost constant. Every 5 minutes or so it spasms. Is this any cause for concern? I saw on the web that eyelid twitching

Mental health problems in men?
I've had a lot of trouble getting help for some mental health problems over the past 18+ months, and I'm wondering if gender bias has anything to do with it. I get the feeling men in society are still expected to "man up", and their problems are perhaps not treated as seriously as those of women. I don't

Zest's weekend challenge
With the sun shining I decided to get my 3 mile walk in early today. (Actually 5.4km) Birds were singing, daffodils swaying in the wind and people I passed were friendly. Altogether a lovely morning. I have served up my first Tuna recipe attempt. Looks a little overcooked but it tasted lovely. Served

Decapeptyl - my experience and adenomyosis...
First of all, I hope I've spelt it correctly! I wanted to write to give some of you hope if you are considering taking decapeptyl. I only took it for two months so this may be a factor in my experience, I have since had a hysterectomy. I was in atrocious pain/heavy bleeding and had bad fatigue and was

Survey (3 minutes only)
Hi everybody, I am very concerned about air quality and
healthy
living
. For my studies I would like to know how people with respiratory problems (and those without) are thinking about air quality. It takes less then 5 minutes to fill out this form and it would help me a lot!

But You Don't Look Sick
If any of you know about this, sorry for the repeat, but I Just found the term "Spoonies" in one of my friend's Facebook posts. The term comes from having an illness that cannot be seen, that causes fatigue and affects how you live, what you can do each day ,etc. If interested, this is a good read.

Issues with my foreskin make sex embarrassing
Hi all, I'm 19 and I've been to the doctors a few times about this but was just wondering if my foreskin is normal/if anything can be done. It used to be tight to pull back when erect (6 months or so ago) but now when I'm erect I can easily pull back the foreskin behind the glans. However, I thought

Reducing Carbohydrate intake
In response to another post (yesterday) about healthy snacks, quite a debate was sparked about "good fats" in snacks as opposed to "low calorie" (often full of sugar). I have been losing weight for 5 years now - and have adopted this way of eating to lose my last stone and also will adopt much the Blood
