I am 16 and I think I have Phimosis and idk what to do
I am worried about this, there is a small piece of flesh connecting my foreskin to the tip of my penis and I cannot pull the foreskin back When I masturbate it isnt sore or anything and I have never had any pain down there. Any advice? I've never had any issues with this before and it has me worried.

Swelling after Circumcision
It's been 3 days since my circumcision and so far so good. I have however noticed the swelling. I have noticed that the swelling I had before has gone down slightly, but there are places where i haven't noticed a difference. The skin in general is still quite swollen, especially where the frenelum used

The Art of Cherry Picking a Plate chapter II
Ah, lunch, the midway meal, filling the hole from breakfast and charging you up for the day ahead. Here's what I get: The salad, this gets eaten every day, all pretty fresh, green leaves carrots, cucumber. No dressing, just a squeeze of lemon. There's always some form of beans or pulses in there too.

Post Circumcision: Sensitivity
Hey everybody, So it been 2 full days since my circumcision and I'm already noticing improvement! However, this morning I woke up at 5am to find my bandage falling off, so I took off my bandage for the first time and decided to see my progress and update on my progress on here! (Note: the reason why

13 yr old soccer girl w/ITP
My girl was diagnosed last month after her platelet counts were discovered at under 10. Had IVIG. Yesterday had more blood test and they are even lower. She's began bruising again and Tonight she has the red dots looks like a rash all over her torso and is itching. Benadryl? Or do I call the doc?

Phimosis
I'm 19 and diagnosed myself online that I have phimosis. I am very worried and don't know who to consult next. Do GPs deal with this sort of stuff?

Questions regarding recovery after a circumcision.
Hi, so I'm 17 years old and just had my circumcision today. It wasn't as bad as I thought but it's still pretty unpleasant. I have a couple of questions I'd like to ask about the recovery... 1. I wanted to know when would be the best time to remove the bandages? My hospital used a condom with a hole

Tried Mor Mediterranean Chicken Chipolatas (76 calories for 2!) with roasted veg (courgette, red onion, carrots, butternut squash, garlic, red pepper). Whole meal was 371 calories, and 128 of that was olive oil! https://www.tesco.com/groceries/product/details/… MUCH nicer than Heck Chicken Sausages

Sweets argh
Ok, so I've been doing really well food wise (since yesterday) but I have to say it is hard. I find myself thinking about food way too much !! I have to learn to re programme my brain into thinking hunger is good! Also been drinking warm water with lemon and ginger in morning. HOWEVER, I have the world

Happy Easter!
Dinner tonight was a salmon red Thai infused fillet of salmon (Aldi) - really easy to cook as it steams in the packaging, so not even any washing up! 176 calories. Spring greens picked out of the garden, steamed with a generous knob of butter (22 cals for the greens, 37 for the butter!) Cauliflower

Husband and wife both diagnosed with rare neurological diseases?
It just seems too coincidental that two people
living
in the same house together--both apparently
healthy
just a year or so ago--suddenly both develop rare and fatal neurological diseases.

Having to rethink my eating plan again
When I went into hospital last year I turned up there with multiple organ failure. A year on I have chronic heart failure and dodgy kidneys. I am guessing the high protein diet I was on for weight loss in early 2016 didn't exactly help. So I am now starting out on cutting out the high quality proteins

16, Foreskin still attached to the head of my penis
I've noticed for a couple of years now that I can't retract my foreskin because it is still attached to the head. I thought that it was meant to dissolve overtime, so I left it for a while. But there's been almost no improvement at all. Also I may have phimosis.... Edit: Ive been ghosting this thread

Stress, anxiety, depression, relief via Youtube?
I notice that there are a large number of Youtube videos offering possible relief from the mental torments of life. To see some of them, go to youtube and try any of the following search strings, parentheses optional: (pain relief) (depression) (anxiety) (stress relief) (guided imagery) (sleep) You'll

scales
Well my weigh in did not go well as expected on Monday. I put on 15 pounds and I have a talking scale before I look down to see it right. I want to thank the positive insights from the Mondays weigh in members. I am still in shock and getting help. I speed walked for 30 minutes Monday and today and

Cheese on toast and a milky bar
Whenever i have tried to lose weight i have gone 'all healthy' at the same time.....Lentils, quinoa, salad etc. I'm doing it a bit different this time. Proper calorie counting. Saturday I had a hot cross bun and some licorice and yesterday I had cheese on toast and a milky bar, I wouldn't have thought
