what can I do if I can never get full on a appropriate amount of calories and even high volume veggies make it challenging to stick to a calorie deficit ๐ญ
I am eating mindfully, well rested, drinking liters of water as much as I can, eating a lot of protein from eggs and chickpeas and fish, healthy
