Day 1 of my diet
Well I've done it!! I've taken that first step to becoming "less of me" and I couldn't be happier. I bought a wicked set of scales that tell me my weight, BMI, body fat %, hydration and muscle mass. They even bluetooth the details to my phone app!!! There is no hiding the truth from myself now!! For

Progesterone cream
Hi there I have been prescribed progesterone cream, I administer 20mg every evening. IM wondering does this contribute to weight gain? Or is it just water retention that you get with the cream. If it is just water retention can I counteract with drinking green tea and plenty of water?

My IGs are low enough that I've started IVIG infusions. Do others like me avoid kissy huggy holiday parties. (Finally an excuse to be antisocial) john

Guilt Free Flapjacks!
I have been searching the depths of the internet for a healthy flapjack and have combined various ideas/made up as went along to create my very own sugar/syrup/honey (don't like honey!) free flapjacks. Just waiting for them to cool but found them very tasty and sweet enough. The texture was a bit porridgy

Can I pull it back
Hi all, I'm looking for some advice. I'm 39 years old and haven't really taken care of myself, yes I've been a member of a gym on and off for the last 5 years and for about 3 of those years I went 3/4 times a week. Unfortunately the flip side is I've drank too much, smoked too much, and not had the best

slight bumps in testicle veins?
I was worried about a varicocele. The veins above my testicles on both sides feel pretty much the same, but on the left there's one cord that just feels like it has a bit of bumps inside. Is this a varicocele? You can not see any lumps from just looking at my scrotum. And when you feel both veins on

Total Hyst, best HRT??
Hi, I had hyst 2 years ago and gynae put me on Estrogel. After a while I found it very messy and was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and thought hormones might be making me worse. GP put me back on Livial. I have horrible side effects so keep stopping and starting it and my general health is far worse.

Starting livial and headaches
I've been on zoladex for 2.5weeks and started livial (tibolone) 5 days ago. This is my second time on zoladex (which I had for 4 months, with no HRT) and I've also had 3 months decapeptyl a while back too. So this is my first time of livial. I had about 5 days of headaches from the zoladex then seemed
