I hope its ok to introduce myself.
I'm new here - joined today - and tbh I need support in my weightloss journey. I seem to have stalled for a good few months now and I'm just getting back on track now.
I started my weight loss journey back in June 2024 when I weighed 230.8 lbs and 46.6% body fat. I did well until late October 2024 but I have stayed around the same since then - going up over christmas time because of my love of cheese and π·
I'm 47 - 5'5 - and I'm now 204.4 lbs and 39.6% body fat according to my scales.
My goal weight right now is 154 lbs and I will reassess as I'm going along.
I do set myself mini targets to meet along the way so that I feeling some sort of accomplishment.
My daily routine is to eat twice a day, calorie count, stop eating about 6pm and walk as much as possible.
I really would love to lose weight before the summer so I can look relatively ok in my dresses/ shorts and tees etc.
I'm feeling very motivated and energised to do this so I hope I can sustain it.
I would love any and all tips/motivation thrown my way - and to be held accountable.
