When I started my NO!vember challenge reducing carbs I came across this. I’m certainly not following it to the letter but for anyone new to low carb it gives some good ideas of to eat and I will be trying some of the main meals.

I followed a similar 12 week plan some of years ago as part of a university research project on pre-diabetes and it really got me into the low carb lifestyle being something sustainable for me. My weight is pretty stable but I have been eating more carbs than are good for me, so I’m nipping it in the bud before I start gaining. So yes I’m using it as a guide, but including ’normal’ meals just tweaked for low carb. If its only so many weeks I find it pretty easy to be disciplined with myself.
