Vegan gluten free gooseberry delight 🍨

Hi everyone,

I made this gooseberry tart yesterday and this afternoon I had a slice with Swedish glacé vanilla ice cream with a little Alpro single cream and 2 squares of dark vegan chocolate to make it more photogenic. 😁

It’s got lots of wholesome ingredients as it’s made with ground almonds and freshly picked gooseberries from my garden so it shows that healthy eating isn’t austere eating.

Here’s the recipe, on HE:

I’ve had a busy morning and early afternoon so it was a very pleasant afternoon treat.
