Questioning diagnosis.
At the start of the year, I was given a colonoscopy and diagnosed with IBS. At first, I accepted the diagnosis and went on my merry way.. Tried to alter my diet. Tried antispasmodics (even though they were coated in lactose - I did inform the doctor I am intolerant).. I stay reasonably active as my job

I started this diet on Saturday morning. An unusual day for me as the weekend is normally a time of "pig out" in our house, takeaways, cakes, and a big sunday roast. It feels hard for me to have started this at all, I love food, and I love eating, and I thought until recently, that I was happy enough

Stabbing centre back pain
Hi everyone well I was hospitalised for 3 days following crippling pain in the centre back radiating to both shoulders and ribs. Shallow breathing was murder! I had gradually reduced to 10mgs pred (again) so this was week 2 at 10mgs. PMR DIAGNOSED 22nd December 2014. GP advised I go back to 12.5mg

RLS symptoms
I used to find it really hard to describe what my actual 'urge' to move my legs felt like, although after reading online I would say that since birth it has been a 'pulling' or 'tugging' feeling in my thighs. However over the past couple of days I've been feeling this creepy crawly feeling and today

PTA - feeling scared.
My husband was hit by a car on March 22nd and suffered
injuries
to his
head
. His CT scan is clear but he is still suffering confusion and short term memory loss after 10 days. He has had an MRI scan today but I've not got results yet. Has anyone else experienced PTA for this long?

Muscle relaxer
Hi , has anyone ever been given a mild musle relaxer to help with chronic daily tension headaches or know of anything natural but stronger than tiger balm and deep heat ? It's a constant battle of migraines causing stiffness , tension and fibromalygia. Nortriptylin on its own is not enough . Thanks
