body odour changed? check this list...
Just posting this quickly as am already pooped / headache, but I was looking to see why my sweat had changed to something intolerable ( cabbages) and was all ready to blame the pain meds when I found this interesting article and now am persuing the methionine as a possible cause as it relates to my PA

Shoulder pain (diaphragmatic adhesions)
Does anyone else here suffer from shoulder/neck pain as a result of endometrial adhesions on the diaphragm? I have had trouble with shoulder pain during & prior to menstruation for years now, and after numerous chiro & Physio visits my GP finally referred me to a gynaecologist who helpfully said it

Hi all, my mum was diagnosed with psp 18 mths ago but we believe she has been living with the condition for around 3 years. I was living in Australia but moved back to be my mums primary carer two months ago. Mum was living alone and was hospitalized in August due to a bad fall and I realized a few months

Petrified:(
I'm petrified and shaken up. I have a pink/light red, smooth, patch on the left side of my tongue for about a week, it's fades and comes back a bit darker sometimes. It's half the size of a 5p coin and has the taste bud dots on it. After researching-I know I shouldnt- I find information on oral cancer

This site will not remember passwords
Since I have some memory problems, and Headway specifically deals wt
head
injuries
, I wish that this site would allow passwords to be saved. I then specifically chose a very easy password, that I could enter. It works for about 3 weeks, and then suddenly it stops working.

Can't run.
Boooo! Right leg is sore and I've got this sciatic thing going off when I extend it. Using Ibuprofen gel and Deep Heat but I'm stalled at Week 8 having completed run one on Monday. FRUSTRATED!!! And really want to go on and finish but I know it's not sensible to do so.

Help I have bad knees. Rice, rice baby. Supports, tape and rock n roll. Dodgy knees and beyond.
First of all none of this is to replace proper medical advice. If you have injured your knees/ankles go see your doctor. If you have an old injury and considering taking up running check with your doctor or physio first to make sure it's all good to go. Ok right so you've done that and you have been

Has anyone with PMR any experience of using topical (rub on the skin) pain relief, such as Ibuleve or Deep Heat?
I have seen a post here on the forum that ibuprofen is contra-indicated for use with prednisolone but this does not appear on the data sheet information of either drug.

My story!
Although he fell from much higher than me, he had landed on his legs, and was therefore his lower body
injuries
were significant, though he did have some
head
injury and was suffering with the consequences, though not to the extent I was.

Sore! :-(
Hi all, I did a big hill walk on Saturday and then Sunday did my 30 minute run (week 9, run 1). I woke up yesterday pretty sore but played some tennis last night. Today was really sore in my thighs so didn't go to my usual Zumba class as didn't want to make anything worse. Did a swim instead to stretch
