What can I be doing to better my chances?
Hi girls (and boys).... I find I'm thinking of IVF all the time and always thinking what I can eat/drink/do to help. Feels like everything is now happening very fast and not sure if I'm prepared enough for giving myself the best chance. ... Im 31, bmi of 30.5 and have PCOS and hub low sperm count.

Frustrated Diabetic
Type II diabetic having issues with controlling my BS readings. I take Metformin & Glipizide daily and also workout 4/5 times a week. Recently my BS have been high and I just read an article that recent studies indicate Metformin & exercise can be counter active and BS can go high if done together.

Looking for a Solution to T2?
This is a post I’ve had on the back burner for a while. I’ve been commenting and posting for a while and attempting to get a flavour of how people here consider type 2 (T2) diabetes and what to do about it. The general consensus worldwide from the medical community is that T2 is an incurable and progressive

Metformin and gliclizide
Hello I've been diabetic for 8 years and have had trouble controlling my diabetes (I'm also coeliac). Recently my blood sugars were flagged high and the nurse has just put me on 80mg of gliclizide (I previously took 40) and I'm also on 2000mg of metformin a day. But its made me feel poorly, is this normal

Berberine or something else...?
I would really appreciate input from members having tried Berberine (Glycosolve etc) for borderline high blood sugar and insulin levels. I just read a very inspiring article by MD Julian Whitaker who recommends Berberine among other supplements for diabetics. Then, I stumbled upon an article by someone

2nd attempt - another FAIL
Today was test day and I was convinced that it had worked after all the effort that I went through. I had tears before I was due to take the test and tears for the rest of the day! It's been such a hard day and I am loosing the will to live here. I've just been in this bubble and every time I speak

Type 2
I am a 74 year old male and was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes in April 2015 and put on Metformin 500mg x 4 subsequently reduced to x 2 after 3 months after my next blood test in August. As I have had Pernicious Anaemia for 45 years as a result of stomach surgery in 1959 I am well used to the exhaustion

Metformin question
I have PCOS and haven't had periods since coming off the pill over a year ago. I was put on metformin recently. I was told to take it on alternate days first to build it up. After ONE tablet I had a "natural" period. Could this be because of the metformin or just a coincidence? I've got the cramps

I am new to this forum but have read a lot about the LWMDR therapy. I am 50 now and have been diagnosed three years back. Currently on Metformin 850 mg twice a day. I do one hour Yoga and my height-weight is 5'7" and 70kg. My FBS is normally 110-115 and PP is 140 -150. I want to cut down on medicine
