Me and my boyfriend have been trying for a baby for almost a year and I’ve recently been diagnosed with PCOS and prescribed metformin. We’re feeling positive and hopeful but just wanted to ask if anyone had any tips that you think that helped you to fall pregnant naturally?

Not about PCa but interesting: GLP-1 Receptor Agonists help with colorectal cancer
"A research letter recently published in JAMA Oncology has provided some promising insights into the potential of Glucagon-like peptide 1 receptor agonists (GLP-1 RAs) in lowering the risk of colorectal cancer (CRC) among patients with type 2 diabetes. My blood sugar is 254mg/dl after 1 hour of lunch
I had a lunch at 1 pm. It included one bowl (100gm) of white rice, sambar, a small cup of potato fry, another cup of vegetables, and 200ml of buttermilk. I took metformin 500mg before lunch and went for a 2km walk inside my office. Took a random blood sugar at 2:30 pm and was shocked to see the reading
